Introduction to Syensqo's Performance Culture - Manager
WHAT IS SYENSQO'S PERFORMANCE CULTURE?
Syensqo's Performance Culture is shaped by how we blend our knowledge and behaviours effectively to enhance our purpose and profit. We leverage effective behaviors that are further developed via meaningful discussions and development actions.
Syensqo's Performance Culture is based on continuous dialogue between managers and employees, and honest and transparent feedback.
The continuous nature of the performance cycle encourages focus, agility, and flexibility to better meet changing business needs.
As part of Performance Culture, Leaders manage, coach, and challenge team members on goals, behaviors, and development.
WHAT IS MY ROLE AS A LEADER?
As a Manager, you support individuals and teams in performance improvement via challenging, supportive, truthful, regular exchanges; you have a good understanding of the skills and competencies across the team and leverage those in order to boost team performance.
At a high level, you are responsible for three practices that matter : Check-Ins, Snapshots, and Meaningful Conversations. Woven together into your schedule, they will unlock great conversations that help you and others to sustained high performance.
