Stream department on IS Applications in charge to provide support for applications in the areas of automation, electrical and instrumentation and to manage projects related to these areas.
It is currently located in the chemical plant of Solvay in Paulínia, more precisely in the Research Center, but operates in all regions of Asia, Latin America, North America and Europe.The stream actively participates in projects focused on process improvement and IT / AT projects, as well as supporting all applications in the areas mentioned above, ranging from technical support to help the user in the use of the tool, as well as for purchases equipment and software licenses and also negotiations for maintenance contracts.
Today, the AEI department supports more than 90 applications from multiple vendors around the world, over 100 users in 5 different countries count on our support daily.
