Short-term internships (less than 3 months)

If you have someone already identified to spend a short time in your team (less than 3 months), the process is out of Talent Attraction scope since this is not a business requirement, it’s an opportunity.

You should have the person identified, budget approved (if needed), create a position in the Org Chart, and open a request to onboard the person, providing the following information:

  • Start & end date
  • Personal email of the candidate
  • Manager
  • Position ID
  • Location

Please note that the onboarding request should be created within a minimum of 15 business days before the start date to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process.
