Aim of the attachment

To describe the procedure of the Upload daily exchange to SAP for Thailand " ZRATE_UPLOAD".

1.2. Scope

Scope of application of the document

This procedure explains how to upload daily exchange rate for Thailand.

1.3. Responsibility (who does what)

3S Asia

Finance Officer is responsible for processing upload exchange rate for Thailand on daily basis.

2. MAIN PART

2.1. Transaction ZRATE_UPLOAD

Follow the steps below
1. Download the exchange rate from website of Bank Of Thailand
Go to web Site http://www.bot.or.th/Thai/Statistics/FinancialMarkets/ExchangeRate/_layouts/Application/ExchangeRate/ExchangeRate.aspx < Bank of Thailand> in order to download the exchange rate for the day before.

Fill in the last date of Exchange Rate
Choose Type to be Excel and open the file.

Then the windows as below will pop up.

Open the Template excel file, copy the exchange rate in each type
Then, save file.
*Note: selling rate and buying rate are in separated files.

Note: For JPY rate divide 100 for both selling rate and buying rate .
2. Upload the exchange rate to SAP via Transaction ZRATE_UPLOAD
Go to Transaction "ZRATE_UPLOAD"

File to upload--- file name which we need to upload to SAP.
Exchange Rate Type--- "LTHB/LTHS" Thailand Legal Country Exchange Rate
Then click on the button Execute.
