Employee Well-being Support Program (EAP)
INTRODUCTION
The New Employee Wellbeing Support Program has started to be implemented worldwide! Solvay cares about employee health and wellbeing (the program has also been added to the Solvay Cares agreement, alongside maternity/paternity leave, disability insurance etc).
The temporary solution for countries without EAP with reimbursement from the Solidarity Fund is now over.
You can find out here when your country is or will be added to this new program.
There are 3 wave :
- Wave 1 ; November 2021
- Wave 2; January 2022
- Wave 3; January 2023.
You will find here the communication package of your country according to the wave. Information on Wave 3 will be available in Q4 of 2022. Please use the communication pack of your country. The phone numbers and access codes are different in each country.
Introduction to the New Employee Assistance Program
It will give easy, free and confidential access to mental health and other support services, Syensqo puts in place the Employee Wellbeing Support Program that guarantees the availability of the following individual services to the employee and the members of an employee's household:
- First confidential contact with a psychologist via multiple modalities (phone, mail, chat...)
- Five sessions (per distinct situation or issue) with a psychologist in the local or preferred language (face-to-face or virtually)
- Legal, financial, managerial and wellness orientation (relating for example to nutrition, tobacco, mindfulness, parenting...).
