Definitions

Solution finder: Tool available for both Customer and Partners that allows users to search for detailed information about Novecare products per Markets they have access to. The search values are managed by Novecare business users as well as the access to the Markets for the contacts.

 Contacts are able to search for products that are related with their Markets (field in Contacts), each of the Markets have different filters with different values (multiselecting is allowed):  



When users click the product name or discover they are redirected to new browser page that opens up with the product details:



In the Formulations tab the documents appear automatically and user can download either from the name or from the button: 

In the Documentation tab the customer can search and download SDS, TDS, General Statements, Certificates and Marketing Documents, the country and and Language filters are dynamic according with the type of document selected:  

 The Contact us button allows user to get in touch with Solvay team, the functionality creates a Customer Request with: 

  • Type: My Solvay Portal

  • Subtype: Contact us - Solution finder

  • Case origin: My Solvay Portal

  • The communication from the Solvay user to the customer can be done via case comment
  • The communication from the customer to the Solvay user is done via email
  • The customers do not have the possibility to consult their customer requests
