ADL Stands for Agency Data Listing, and regroup a variety of certifications. 




  • What the user will see if the ADL is available for Download in C&C


  • Conditions for the ADL to be available for download


    3 infos need to be present in Icare CRM. This is managed by the SpP regulatory team.
  1. Compliance Status
  2. Experation Date
  3. File is shared with "20. ADL for Sales Rep" 
    This is key. If not User will see there is a valid ADL, but will not be able to download it 





How Can I check the Shared with settings of a documents

  1. Go the product in Icare
  2. Go Tab "Related"
  3. Go to the section Agency Data Listing
  4. Click on the ADL of your Choice
  5. CLick on the file
  6. Click view file details





Is there a report listing all ADL accessible for download on C&C

If the Agency Data Listing is present in the report it means it is shard with "20. ADL for Sales Reps" and therefore accessible for C&C users
