1 - The following google form must be used to request a new GCP project, or the re-hosting (see bellow) of an existing project :

2 - When project is created, add it to the new project in the GCP Projects page.

3 - In the IAM interface, provide the following accesses 

  • Add as Owners : 
    • admin.revevol@solvay.com : account used by Revevol to manage our invoicing
    • dawn.lai@solvay.com : Infrastructure team supervising all GCP projects
    • Big Data & Analytics Manager (David Tonda as of Aug 2018)
    • Big Data & Analytics Platforms GCP admin (Dominique Victoire as of Aug 2018)
    • Admin back up (Gael Serwier as of Aug 2018)
    • + Any account needed  by the infrastructure teams to manage administration & invoicing
  • Add SBS-IS-Appli-Techno-BD-A-All@solvay.com  as Project Editor : includes all members of the Big Data & Analytics steam (Google group with members updated by the Big Data & Analytics manager)
  • Add data-catalog@bi-gcp-sandbox.iam.gserviceaccount.com as BigQuery Admin and Storage Admin : Service account used for the GCP Datacatalog
