Roles & Access
The SAC Models are prepared to restrict the user access by Global Business Unit (GBU), but it was decided to give the users plenty access currently:

| HR_Comex | for Comex members | to view the story dedicated for Comex |
| HR_Absenteeism | Absenteeism related story | to view only Absenteeism related stories |

Overview
The dashboard Inventory Visibility Tool 2.0 was built in SAP Analytics Cloud, the data is imported from SAP BW in three different models in SAC:
- MM-IM Total Stock (Detail) - Source BW Query SAC_BW_QRY_CPMMIM01_0001
- MM-IM SMOG (Detail) - Source BW Query SAC_BW_QRY_CPIMMM02_0003
- MM-IM SMOG x Stock - Source BW Query SAC_BW_QRY_CPMMIM02_0004

Dashboard Details
The dashboard contains nine tabs to split the data analysis between the models as follow:
Loading Frequency
- Weekly for STOCK, every Tuesday morning.
- Monthly for SMOG, 3rd day of following month.
Note: Due the high volume of data, the Import Jobs are broken by GBU:
