General Description

Edit  : The PRS Customer is now called "Payer (PRS)" and PRS Customer Group is now called "Corp. Payer Grp (PRS)".

The Overdue and DSO Current section will help you keep track of how your customers are behaving. There are 3 separate indicators: Overdue (Month), Overdue by Age (Aged Overdue), and Overdue (Month) Trend.
The Overdue (Month) indicator allows you to view many details of the credit management Payer (PRS), including Outstanding, Overdue, Overdue %, Last Month's (M-1) Overdue %, DSO, Best DSO, EOM Overdue, and Payment Terms (if available). See Overdue & DSO for definitions. You can sort the table by double clicking the header of the column you want to sort by. Double click again to reverse the order.

The Overdue by Age (Aged Overdue) graph will displays the current aged overdue in kilo currency of your customers by "age bucket" based on the number of days overdue. You can click on this graph to select an age bucket and see which customers fall under that perimeter in the Overdue table discussed above.

The Overdue by Month graph at the bottom of this page allows you to see how your overdue percentage and amounts has fluctuated over time. You can filter by year using the main menu time selection to narrow down this view.

The Current DSO Graph now displays the DSO, Delayed DSO, and Best DSO trend by number of days:
