Gmail opens without including the "Bookmark" URL as shown below, when trying to send/shared a "Bookmark" from CRM Analytics dashboard using the "Mail with Bookmark as a link"

instead it opens with a blank page

  1. Go to your Gmail tab
  2. Using the Ctrl + Shift + J key
  3. A small screen with some notes similar to below appears on the right in your Gmail



  4. Copy and paste the below "command' in the space (red pointed arrow)
    navigator.registerProtocolHandler("mailto","https://mail.google.com/mail/?extsrc=mailto&url=%s","Gmail");
  5. Once the "command" is pasted, hit "Enter"/"Return"
  6. Try to resend the "Bookmark" from the dashboard, the Gmail shall now opens with the "Bookmark" URL
