Capex Actuals

is the amount paid

If the cost is linked to a purchase order => it's the amount once the invoice has been paid.

If the cost is not related a purchase order => equal to the capspend (GR)

Capex Actuals are available when Colmar investment project code = the PS project ID

Data are coming from PS

Capex Forecast

is the prevision of capex filled and updated by the GBU into Colmar

Capspend Actuals

is the actual costs (received costs)

it can correspond to :

• Purchase orders, the reception of services/goods (at GR date)

• Stock issue : value of the material (at stock issue date)

• Hours : standard cost defined for each hour.

• Transfers (from Maintenance orders etc...)

• Manual entries (CO document) and other adjustments.

Capspend Forecast

is the prevision of Capspend filled and updated by the GBU into Colmar

• Project approval status : Present approval status of the project

• Project approval year : for a bundle, 1rst date of approval of the projects of the bundle

• All the projects entered in Colmar with forecasted budget on the available versions
