To create a form specification page, enter the title with the following format and click create.
- <Jira ID> <Short description> where Jira ID and short description matches with the corresponding Jira development card that is created. For example: ERP-10 Shipment Manifest
- For Conversion Custom Build, please state the corresponding conversion ID. For example: ERP-10 Set Load Program for CNV-1000
