The Salesforce1 application provides online and offline capabilities. On your smartphone or tablet, there are 2 ways to access Salesforce.com: Through the web browser: Open Google Chrome and access via the well known link https://solvay-crm.my.salesforce.com Via the Salesforce1 application: download the app, and follow the log in instructions to connect to the Solvay version

Process Overview
Tapping opens the navigation menu. The items you see, and the way they’re arranged, is determined by what’s available in our organisation, what you have access to based on your user permissions and profile. It’s easy to refresh pages in the Salesforce app so you’re always viewing up-to-date data. Simply swipe down from the top of a page.
