Having your equipment and necessary accesses ready and working is crucial to get onboarded quickly. If your IT onboarding did not happen as expected, please contact the Service Desk and communicate the onboarding ticket number (created by your manager) to them.

No Poaching of employees is allowed between Solvay and Syensqo (i.e. proactive action to try to influence / hire one employee from the other Company) by any member of TA, HR, management or employees.
The No-Poaching agreement is defined in the Separation Agreement and it applies to any Solvay or Syensqo cadre or non cadre employee between July 1st 2023 and June 30, 2025.
No Poaching is also applicable to any current Solvay Cadre employee to be hired as a consultant, independent contractor, or similar terms.
No Poaching activity is also applicable for a period of 12 months, following the data of effective termination of such employees.
Transparent promotion of job opportunities in both Solvay and Syensqo is allowed (provided that it doesn't target a specific individual).
