General Presentation
The BW IM Stocks application regroups all the reports that are based on the inventory data in SAP and more particularly :
- The inventory movements (MM documents)
- The inventory levels
Both values are values are considered.
Reports are usually used by supply chain and controllers.
Note that only MM inventories are included. If you are interrested in following the FI inventorie values (Adjustments, Work in Progress, Transits) then check the Working Capital (WCAP) application.
Access
Access to the IM - Stocks application in the WBP Server is provided by Company Code. You can have access to one, several or all company codes.
Perimeter
The IM Stock application in WBP covers the data from all companies found in the RCS (WP1) System.
It does not include Acetow or PF1 ERP systems data.
Data update
Most data is updated several times per day based on the D4 loading schedule. With a few exceptions :
