This documents give the requirement to prepare multimedia files for use in the Internet & Webfactory web sites.

Illustrations (graphics and photos)

Enabled formats

The three available formats on the web are: jpg, png, gif

Size

The images size are different regarding the context. The table below give all the information.

White background = common usage

Grey background = specific advanced usage.

New schema which allows you to have a kind of "Key Figure" functionality.

Mag Editorial (Story) main picture

Main picture is displayed:

  • at the top of the Story page in detail
  • in the Story index page
  • in the Trending now highlight

It is also used to create banners for the Mag Banner slideshow on the Story index page.

  • Format: 16/9
  • Frame Rate: 25 FPS
  • Required video codec: H264 or H265
  • Required audio codec: AAC/MP3
  • Data rate: Approx 2000kbps max
  • Size: 30 Mo per minute maximum
