What: Create, modify and delete a Corporate group in CRM

Step-by-step


 

I. Corporate Group Creation - via CRM

  • In account tab, click on button New to Create a an Account

  • Select Record Type : Corporate Group and click on button Continue

  • Enter Account name ( 60 characters maximum)
  • Corporate Group must meat the 5 criteria
  • Input the creation reason
  • click on SAVE

  • Corporate Group request is created and locked until approval from M&S
  • M&S approver will always inform the requester of decision via Chatter feed

II. Corporate Group Update - via Freshdesk

  
Create a ticket in Freshdesk to OtC, CRM Application describing the updates required . 

III. Corporate Group Deletion - via Freshdesk

Create a ticket in Freshdesk to OtC, CRM Application describing the updates required .

 

IV. Corporate Group mass update request - via Freshdesk

.

Create a ticket in Freshdesk to OtC, CRM Application describing the updates required and with attached file containing Corporate Group name with codes PRS / GBR and actions to perform (Deletion, renaming, creation)
