General Presentation
BW IM - Stocks application regroups all the reports that are based on the inventory data in SAP ERPs and more particularly:
- Inventory movements (MM documents)
- Stock situation
Most detailed reporting unit is Material-Plant. Both values and quantities are considered.
Reports are used mainly by supply chain and controllers.
Note that inventory figures are based on Material Movements. If you are interested in FI inventory values (Adjustments, Work in Progress, Transits) then check the Working Capital (WCAP) application.
Access
Access to BW IM - Stocks application in the WBP Server is provided by Company Code. You can have access to one, several or all company codes.
Perimeter
BW IM Stock application reports are divided into 2 separate categories:
WP1 Application retrieving data of all companies maintained in Rhodia Core System
PF1 Application using PF1 company data as a source
Data update
Most data is updated several times per day based on the D4 loading schedule. With a few exceptions :
