A Training Curriculum is a knowledge development path recommended by the Industrial HSE in order to ensure the homogeneity of in-house competencies in Health, Safety & Environment throughout the Solvay Group.

Who should follow this training curriculum?

  • Industrial Hygiene knowledge - experience - expertise - competencies may be owned or distributed within several persons ON SITE , depending on the organization and roles.
    The following roles can contribute to IH on site: IH specialist/expert, HSE Manager, Production Manager, Site Manager .

  • This can be complemented by consultants or by support from the Zone IH Manager .

RECOMMENDED PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

Obtain certificate according to local regulations

With national certifying bodies providing Occupational Hygiene Certification Programs which are recognized through the IOHA NAR process (National Accreditation Recognition by the International Occupational Hygiene Assoc.)
For N.A. Zone : CIH = Certified Industrial Hygienist   (LINK BROKEN FILED DOES NOT EXIST) professional board certification and in compliance with requirements of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) )
