To reflect our Business Organization’s evolution
The correct and timely creation / maintenance of positions ensures a proper functioning of all HR processes and an org chart that provides a correct view of the organization.

Position management approval workflow - A step-by-step guide
Before beginning
If you are a Manager from time to time you will be required to take & record a decision in My HR Services system regarding employees in your organization, e.g., at times of promotions, transfers, or salary increase requests.
You will see the approval requests in your email or directly on My HR Services main screen
Open the approval request
Once you open the Approval request - click on the name of the Request on the left side to review the details
Review the nature of the request
This section provides the details of the position creation or its changes
Here you can find the requester of the creation / change, comments provided and resolutions of previous approvers (if applicable)
Review theApprovers checklistand address any concerns with the Requester before approving the request
Once you have taken your decision, provide your resolution on the request in the “Comments” box and “Approve” or “Send Back” the request : the Requestor will be notified via email
Important notes
Your comments will be visible to other Approvers in the workflow (if applicable) and by the Requestor
Your comments should be clear and detailed enough for others to understand your decision.
