Functional Overview

SAP acknowledges that in some cases inconsistency involving QI stock occur and needs to be fixed in this SAP Note:

717622 - Stock: Inconsistency between MMBE and MD04

Symptom

The inspection stock displayed in transaction MMBE differs from the inspection stock displayed in transaction MD04 ('QM inspection lot' MRP element).

Reason and Prerequisites

Reason: This is probably due to a stock inconsistency between QM and IM and/or an inconsistency in the inspection lots.

Solution

Report ZQEVAC22 from SAP Note 174877 will be encapsulated into a custom Z-transaction/tile for regular use in correcting stock inconsistencies.

Compare the display again in MMBE and MD04.

If there are still differences, execute the tile from ERP-2203 P2F-QM: Stock inconsistency correction report ZQEVAC20

Now the inconsistencies should be corrected. If there still some exist, please contact SAP.
