INTRODUCTION 

The People Engagement Journey (PEJ) presents our People strategy and includes an explanation of our new Operating Model. 

The target audience for the PEJ is our current HR community, new comers in the HR community, Business Leaders and more generally all Syensqo employees that would like to join the People team or would like to know more about us.
