Overview
This document describes the procedure for creating a new space in Solvay ONE.
It concerns:
- The Yellow folders (Content) and Pink folders (Pages) creation
- The Author, Tag and Dynamic navigation (ie. Solvay ONE main menu) keywords
After having achieved this, the following sub-step-by-steps have to be done:

1. AODocs Library Request

3. By default, in the Metadata Schema field, the Navigation Keyword Metadata is attached.

8. Structure Group

2. In the Metadata Schema, associate the "Dynamic Navigation Structure Group Metadata". Select the keyword of the Dynamic navigation. This actually makes a link of the main navigation (in the category Dynamic navigation) to the structure group that contains all the pages. |
Important note
For the creation of a new Space, you first need to know in which entity it belongs to (either within a GBU, a Function or a Sub-entity).

Important note
For the new keywword, you first need to know in which entity it belongs to (either within a GBU, a Function or a Sub-entity).
Create the new keyword of the space within the parent GBU/Function/Sub-entity.
Tips
The naming convention in the Key field should be similar to those in Category (Author).
Tips
The naming convention for Directory:
- always in small letters
- if more than a word, use a "-"
