Syensqo's Code of Business Integrity Training and Annual Certification
Syensqo has launched the Code of Business Integrity (CoBI) 2025 training (available in YOUgrow). This year’s interactive training lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes seven modules covering key ethics and compliance topics:
* Code of Conduct
* Working Together
* Human Rights
* Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
* Responsible AI
* Speak Up
Completion is mandatory
This is a required training for all employees. Completion is essential to ensure understanding and adherence to Syensqo’s standards of ethics and compliance.
