During February 2025, the Syensqo separation project will cutover all digital signage from Solvay to Syensqo's independent AppSpace tenant. As a AppSpace content manager, your involvement in the cutover will happen across 3 phases:

  • Pre-work

  • Early Access / Content Migration - Starting February 13
    • You will receive an email invitation to log into your Syensqo AppSpace content manager's account for the first time.
      • During the transition period running until 2 weeks after go-live (until March 7) ; you will continue to have access to Solvay AppSpace to reference and view/export content from there.

    • The following AppSpace objects/configurations will have already been migrated from Solvay AppSpace
      • Channels
      • User Groups
      • Locations
      • Published channel content
        • Any content that is live/published to a channel; will be migrated by the separation team
  •
    • During the period between early access and go-live week (below); you will need to migrate any content library items you wish to keep; that are not published to a live channel

  • Go-live week - Feb 17 - 21
    • You will received a communication advising you on which date during this week your site's digital signage devices will go-live on Syensqo AppSpace; and the local IT contact to confirm its completion
      • Go-live involves local IT specialists re-assigning each TV device from Solvay to Syensqo; taking around 30 minutes to re-assign each device. Larger sites' go live may occur over several days that week.
    • On your go-live date; once local IT confirms the hardware reassignment is complete; you can access and start broadcasting content on Syensqo AppSpace to your site's devices

  • March 7th: Solvay AppSpace access disabled
    • On this date, you will lose the ability to access your previous Solvay AppSpace account
