Trouble: A blank page is shown when a opening a dashboard

Solution: To fix this issue, in the Internet Explorer, go to Tools Internet Options Advances tab click Reset

Qlikview Access Point Sign in

Problem : When accessing the Qlikview access point, the page requests a sign it with a user and password.

Normaly qlikview will not ask you to log in and will automatically recognise you based on your windows account.

Solution : This can happen randomly due to internet browser configuration. You do not need to enter a user name or password. * imply click on Submit and it will log you in.*

Drilldown/change of dimension not working

Problem :+ When you click on the Arrow icon in a dashboard, it does nothing when normally it should change the drill down, or propose a selection of dimensions to use.

Solution : This usually happens if you are using the "Full Browser" client instead of the "Internet Explorer Plug-In" client. The full browser uses java to display the dashboard and some functionalities don't work properly, or not the same way. See in the FAQ how to verify which client you are using and how to modify it.
