Find out if traffic reached Selfy Server (Intermediate Service)

All the clients in the plant will need to access the Selfy Server to retrieve or update records.

If the client is not getting a response from request, ie. No response after keying in pincode, or no loading amount. please check on the log on the Selfy Server to ensure the request traffic reaches the Selfy Server. 

On the Selfy Server, there are 2 types of log. IIS log and Intermediate Service log.

  • IIS Log
  • Intermediate Service Log
    • queueScreen.log - Access log to the traffic to Queue Screen.
    • health.log - Access log to the ping logs from each of the clients. (This can be used in the future to determine the connection status from each clients. Currently in progress)
    • core.log - Access log to all the traffic, except for the Queue Screen.

Example of IIS log:

The red box - Timestamp of the traffic in GMT +0.

The blue box - Client's IP address.

The red box - Timestamp of the traffic in CET.
