Sprint  Goal(s)

To validate buy and sell UAT testing, testing for (group of activity), integrate energy for Novecare, write functional specification for new functionalities and analyze the impact of energy manufacturing on the ICM tool.

 Summary

"In this sprint, the squad was primarily focused on":

  • Integration of energy Novecare
  • Updating User requirement documentation for buy and sell
  • Update/complete functional specification for new prices/adding new column for previous invoice

  • As of this date, FL ICM is yet to split stories up to fit into a Sprint, however Squad members are ticking off tasks picked up to be finished and are constantly working towards delivery.
  • Effort is being made by some team members to update the Jira with information on the L5.
  • So many stories have sub-tasks and as a result of this, stories do not meet the DoD if there are sub-task that extend more than a sprint. We are trying to work on using Stories and tasks instead of stories and sub-task to enable us close the sprint in the future

  • The above are individual sprint goals of each Squad member . The Squad is yet to have a collective Sprint goal for each sprint
