Overview
When Actions are implemented, controllers are notified that they need to review them. Controllers and Buyers use Chatter to collaborate during this review.

Implement an Action
STEP 1
Search your Action with the Convergence search engine
STEP 2
Click on your Action in search results
STEP 3
Change status of your Action to "Implemented" and save it.
STEP 4
Your controller will be notified and will be able to Approve or Reject your Benefits. See A3015 - Help for controllers
