Solvay ONE provides profiling information depending on the user default and custom settings
The structure of Solvay ONE is based on Group organization
Solvay ONE is connected with Google Drive / AOdocs to share documents
Social features available: employees can like, share & comment articles

Google Sites
Share project / team information and documents in a common place
Google site is a team-oriented collaboration space where you can share documents / transversal information
People can share content from GDrive apps (Gdrive / Calendar…) within your team (or Google Groups)
A Google site can have several contributors and can be updated on a regular basis throughout the project
A google site has a lifetime. Once the project is delivered, the Google site should be shut down.
Basic support can be provided at the Google site creation.

Collaborate and share updated information to many stakeholders scattered around the world
Confluence is a tool to create support database / FAQ documentation through web pages.
Confluence is dedicated to share expert documentation/ user oriented pages.
Contributors scattered around the world create pages to share their knowledge.
Stakeholders have fast access to information, can be notified when pages have been updated and may leave their feedback.
