To remove the space navigation we need to follow the below procedure,


Unpublish the particular space menu:

  1. Reach the following Tridion Content Manager path (click the link):
    \SW W1 ONE Master\Building Blocks\Component\1 ONE\
  2. According to your entity, reach your space folder.

  3. Unpublish the particular space menu in both staging and live so that the further sub-menus are removed from navigation,

Unpublish menu entry from LIVE:

  1. Navigate to properties of decommissioned space tag and check the hide folders in live option.

SW W1 One Master → categories and keywords → Dynamic Navigation → homepage → navigate to desired space.

     2. Publish the navigation component,

\SW W1 ONE-master\Building Blocks\Component\Technical

After this the menu entry is removed from live site but not from staging. Hence to remove it from staging as well refer below steps,

Unpublish menu entry from staging:

  1. Navigate as below "SW W1 ONE Master" → "Categories and Keywords" → "Dynamic navigation" → "homepage" → find the Space menu tag → right click → "Properties"
  2. Change Metadata Schema to "None".

3. Click on "Save & Close".

4. Publish the Navigation component again,
