Option 1: Use the Product hiearchy

Use the hierachy navigation tool, to reach the product.

This product hiearchy is based on SAP Product hiearchy (Exception Composite Materials & SpP)

Search icon top right is the best option for fast search where you know the product you are after, or if you have the Product code (UniqueID (PIM)

Step1. Click on the ICON of your GBU.

WARNING: Make sure to click on icon folder.

Step2. Click on the burger menu symbol "..."

Step3. Select the view of your choice

Recommend Solvay.com view as as start, as it is displays all attributes that will be visible on Solvay.com

This is a list of current view (july 2021)

View name	What do you see	Audience
Admin	List products with update date/user info	For PIM Admin
Basic view	ID, Product Name, Publication Channel, Brand name, State (green-published)	All users
Chemical view	List of products by Chemical Category (Public) & Lips	R&I, Technical teams
Solvay.com (all fields)	All fields mandatory for a products to be on Solvay.com	All users
Solvay.com (all mandatory fields)	All fields that are visible on Solvay.com	All users
UL view (SpP)	Products attributes (read only) extracted from UL prospector.	SpP Users
Update View		For PIM Admin

Step4.Click on the + to expand all products (Important)

Step5. Click on Filter

Step6. Recommended to only view products (and not Folder): Select Folder" False

Step7. Select the filter of your choice.

Step8. Click on the product to open the PIM product page

Step 9 To remove filter & cancel previous filtering, click on the "Remove Filter" Icon

Step1: Click on the search tab at the top

Step2: if you you dont know the product, enter " * " and click on search

Step3: You then have access to the PIM search portal of the tool
