1.1. Objective of this Operation

The purpose of this activity is to send an email to the controllers with the calendar of the closing activities and the dates when they will occur.


1.2. Scope

This procedure applies to company 7523 and 6375

3. Tasks description

This activity is performed every day 10 monthly


3.1. I uptade the template file 


I open the file in the DRIVE T GROUP > MERCOSUR TEAM > RCS > Calendário > 2020


  • Always fill from D-8 to D+6
  • Hide quarterly lines (Leave visible only when it is quarterly)
  • Updated the title with the current month
  • After filling in hide from column G to J

The second tab of the file will update the dates automatically due to the formulas in the file


After filling, save the file in Group T with the name Calendário Planejado and the month in which it is being held:


Email the calendar with the title 'Calendário Fechamento Planejado e de Custos Setembro - 2020' for the people listed below:
