 Getting SAP Access

Requests for SAP access can be sent to Customer Support team via portal SBS Support. Application forms are required for some systems.

Rhodia Legacy

  • Request for new access / modification to WP1 / WGP (GTS) / WAP (APO). Download form here.

  • Request for new access / modification to WBP (BW). Download online form here.

For Rhodia Legacy systems, approvals from managers will be done in GRC CUP. Users should complete form by providing a reference user ID, roles, or transaction codes required. If approving manager is not indicated in form, please enquire user for manager's name.

Solvay Legacy

  • Request for new access to PF1 / PRS / PA1 (APO). Download form here.

For Solvay Legacy systems, email approvals from managers must be forwarded together with the application forms to SBS Support via portal. If no forms are attached, users should minimally provide either reference user ID or transaction codes required.

 

For new access / modification to other SAP systems, please provide job description or scope or transaction codes to allow the team to assign the appropriate access.
