In 2024, new guidelines has been provided by the Insurance & Prevention team for our contracts.
The legal team are responsible to update their contracts' template over time. The General Purchasing Conditions (GPC) attached to POs released by SAP has been updated for APAC, EMEA and NAM (except Mexico). For LATAM GPC, it is still under review.
