A Training Curriculum is a knowledge development path recommended by the Industrial HSE in order to ensure the homogeneity of in-house competencies in Health, Safety & Environment throughout the Solvay Group.

Who should follow this training curriculum?


Any person having one of the following positions
:

Recommended professional education or experience:

5 years in production or technical services preferably in a chemical plant
or 3 years in an equal position in a similar company

Key / Essential knowledge (mandatory)


SOLVAY LIFE SAVING RULES (SLSR):
incl. OS procedures, onboarding packs, self-assessment tools, guidelines, operational docs from site's experience (practices, check-lists, lessons learned),
local regulations & standards)
Transversal procedures: A-PPE , B-Work Permit , C-MOC

LIFTS minimum safety requirements ( IND-HSE-OS-82.02-STA )
