Average performance
To be completed once WBP is available again.
| Key Figure | Estimation |
|---|---|
| ~ Average Process Chain Runtime | A few minutes |
| ~ Average nb of rows loaded per load | Less than a thousand per load |
| ~ Total nb of rows loaded (if full) | N/A |
| ~ Average Runtime for 10k lines | N/A |
Record Keeping
ABMMIM04 only contains M & M-1 Data.
ABMMIM04B contains all older data. As it is an Inventory ADSO, it cannot be partially cleared by an automated job. Currently contains data from 01.2021 onwards. We do not expect to need data more than 12 months old, to be cleared manually (selective deletion) if needed.

Flat File Import Procedure for Support Team
A Flat File (Excel file) will be transmitted to the Support Team monthly to update filters and scrapping/reworking values in APMMIM05.
- Selective deletion of the loaded period in APMMIM05. (Cautionary measure: in a normal run, no data should exist for the period loaded as each period is loaded once)
- Run Program ZBW_COPQ_FILE in SE38
- Select your file and wait for it to be checked by the program
- Press “Check File” to confirm there is no error in file according to set Business Rules
- If there are errors, check last column of displayed table to see error message
- Correct file in Excel and repeat from step 1
- Press “Load File” to launch Process Chain PC_MMIM_42 (through Event of the same name) that will load APMMIM05
- Import completed.
Planned Evolution
Changes to the way we handle Reworking Cost calculation are planned for the second semester of 2021.
Extension to more GBUs than Specialty Polymers is expected, but not planned yet.
