Here we will show all the steps to request closure in AODOCS eBAM.

Open your Direct Debit title

To find a specific Direct Debit check “How to Navigate”.

1. From the Direct Debit list, select the desired bank account and press on its Title.

Change Bank Account Stage

2. When inside the desired bank account, press on the Stage dropdown and change it to  "DD Stop"


Describe and Submit

3. Leave a comment with the describing the reason why you need to close the bank account.

4. Submit your request
