NEW EMPLOYEES ONBOARDING
Every first working day of each month, a welcome morning session is organised according to the legislation, for Solvay Campus’s newcomers, whether they are newly engaged, transferred, interns or temporary. The objective is to make their integration easier by accustoming them more quickly to the company and to their function.
