User wants to receive broadcast report but the problem was the broadcast flag already enabled but still user was not receiving the broadcast.
Solution
Goto C_SALEMP info object there check for the available all records of user.
If you don’t find then search with their *username* then search and enable the broadcast “Y” .

When user don’t want to receive broadcast .
Solution
1-check the which broadcast and find out its technical name.
2. goto RSRD_ADMIN Tcode then setting.
3. give broadcast technical name and go for edit.
4. It will redirect to NetWeaver

6.Goto Email addresses and remove the user email id from there and save it.

User wants to receive two different broadcast based on its customers.
He already receives US customers Broadcast but he was not able to get Italian customer.
Solution:
1.Check users details in C_SALEMP .
2.enable the users broadcast flag.
3.check the control query and its respective info provider
There give all the selection and select 0infoprovider as well and execute.
Check the value in tables
4. there same user with two different email ID .
5. copy that email id and search the entry in C_SALEMP.
6. now enable the broadcast flag and save it.
4.Ticket #54381 Automatic job to receive report on a weekly basis
Requirement
User want to broadcast a query based on a given variable on a weekly basis to some specific users.
Solution
1.open the query in query designer.
2. Goto Broadcast setting.
3. create new setting
4. fill all the required filled.
5.Goto general Precalculation tab and create a variable as per requirement of user and save.
6.Click on Schedule button and schedule it as per request and save it.
7. Save the settings and exit.
Note: don’t execute .
