Connect to service one digital Workplace on the home page SOLVAY 


Select " Report IT incident"  the second box in the image below on  Service one 

Fill the form with some informations ( the summary, the description of the issue, affected domain, affected service, affected sub-service, affected asset, urgency and attachments)  and you submit the request. 


  • Once the Request is submitted, the team receive a notification to solve the problem. 
  • The ticket creator is notified when the problem is solved or if we need more information.
