For most of ELN users, when you open the "Experiment Properties" section, you will have to pick up your name (it is frequently in the "Operator" part).
In case you do not see your name, please fill a ticket via Service One (here some general tips about how to create a ticket) and indicate the following test:
"Hello,
It seems that my name is missing from the dropdown list in the "Experiment Properties" Section. My entity should be similar to my ELN Department.
Can you please add me to this list?
