Upload Strategic Roadmap

DATA team uploads the GBU Strategic Roadmap

Generate the health matrix

Every night the health matrix is generated to take into account all changes done during the day. The bottom-up  aggregation is different by GBU

The health matrix report

This report allows to compare data coming from the bottom-up exercise (recurrent business + growth business) to  the strategic roadmap

 

Top management adjustment 

Top management adjustments are done directly in the Health Matrix.

For Special Chem & Peroxides Top Management ajustements are not possible
