The dashboard can be used to control GBU activities and compare it to its roadmap.
It can be considered as a new tool for monitoring the GBU.
It gives a consistent picture of the GBUs’ on the following streams :

  • Excellence
It consists in a multi-source provider which enable to consolidate data coming different IS by reporting major KPIs.

The analysis can be done from the top level (GBU) to more detailed level : plant.
