Co$ta - BW Cost Element Master Data

The workbook has been created to list all the cost elements (in PF1, WP1 and non-ERP) with their ZSOLV group and the package they are associated with when the package derivation source is COSTELMNT
Access the workbook
The workbook to be used is BW_WBK_COSTA_0004 – F2G - Cost Element Master data Query
=> Go to Analysis for Office in excel
=> Click "Open Workbook"
Go to the tab "Role"
Open the folder "Cost Transparency" and select the workbook "BW_WBK_COSTA_0004 – F2G - Cost Element Master data Query"
Double-click on the workbook to open it
If you can not access the workbook => go to the page Co$ta - BW Authorization
Run the workbook
By default the report is opened with the following filters
- Enter the source system: NERPCYT, NERP001, NERP004 ,WP1_400, PF1_020
- Enter the Controlling Area (By default, the report will display only data for the following Controlling Area: CHEF, Z001, Z006, Z013, Z025, Z026 & Z028)
- Cost elements created only in BW for non-ERP entities with the procedure Co$ta - Non ERP - upload data (controlling area = ZCYT & NRxx)
- Enter the Macro-Package/Package/Sub Package as in the standard workbook
Click "OK"
It is not possible to filter the validity date in BW so in this report you can see all cost elements even when their validity date is in the past. It means that in the report you have all cost elements including obsolete cost elements.
Dimensions
There are few dimensions available in this workbook and it is different from other Co$ta workbooks:
- Controlling area
- Cost element
- Cost element category
- Costs Macro-Package/Package/Sub-Package: the determination of the sub-package is done with the Table ZTFI_CESBPKG - Cost elements Subpackages mapping that makes the link between the group ZSOLV Level 4 and the subpackage.
