Co$ta - Tool to track PO Material Group change — In order to facilitate the analysis of changes of "material group" field in purchase orders, a dedicated query have been created to to monitor modified documents. This query focus on "restated " Purchase Order for a for a period of months of document modification. The query also focus on COSTA posting where Costa Packagae have been derivated from Purchase Order (Cost Package derivation = "PURCHDOC").
Remark : a Purchase order can be updated many times . Period of months of document modification is the month of the last Purchase order modification .

Co$ta - BW Destination view — The workbook is used to make the link between the analysis of costs at origin and their destination once all the cost transfers are done (assessment cycles etc.)

Co$ta - BW Origin view — It is the standard Co$ta workbook

Co$Ta - BW Cost Element Master Data — The workbook has been created to list all the cost elements (in PF1, WP1 and non-ERP) with their ZSOLV group and the package they are associated with when the package derivation source is COSTELMNT

Co$ta - BW Snapshot vs Current — In order to facilitate the analysis of changes from period to another, a snapshot of Costa is made every week in BW. This way, the current data can be compared with the data shot in the previous weeks. The comparison is done with the report "Snapshot vs Current Comparison" described in this page.
