Co$ta - BW Destination view

Access the workbook

The workbook to be used is BW_WBK_COSTA_0002  – CO$TA - Destination View

=> Go to Analysis for Office in excel 

=> Click "Open Workbook"



Go to the tab "Role"

Open the folder "Cost Transparency" and select the workbook "BW_WBK_COSTA_0002  – CO$TA - Destination View

Double-click on the workbook to open it

If you can not access the workbook => go to the page Co$ta - BW Authorization 



Run the workbook

It is recommended to enter:

  • A Period FROM and TO (even if there is one month, you must enter FROM 01.2020 TO 01.2020) (2)
  • A PRS company code (4) or a company code (5)
  • A GBU (3) 
  • Fixed cost Group 2: (exclude depreciation)
    • != ZRCS-60
    • != ZRCS-X60
    • != ZRCS-UNL

It is also possible to enter:

  • a Macro-Package (6)
  • a Package (7)
  • a Sub Package (8)
  • # in "Excluded record" (9) 
  • a Function (10)

Click "OK" 



The report is displayed with the list of:

  • Cost Macro Packages

By default there are 2 columns: 

  • Actual Origin - Conso view (Conv) = Consolidated origin view converted with exchange rate entered in the prompt
  • Actual Destination - Conso view (Conv) = Consolidated destination view converted with exchange rate entered in the prompt

Actual origin = Actual Destination

=> When the rate is different from 100% then it means the program is not able to allocate all costs to a destination object 



Dimensions

Dimensions to be used for the destination view  start with "Destination"
