1.1. Objective of this Operation
The purpose of this action is to save all important documents making sure they all available to all , safe and keep a historic.
1.2. Scope
This procedure applies to company 7424- Solvay USA Inc and 7651- Solvay Canada Inc.

3. Tasks description
3.1. I upload the documents in AODocs
Go to the AODocs tool through your google apps, by clicking on AODocs.
- Select the labels: SBS → Recort to Report
Then click on following folder: NAM Internal Controls.
At the left side, select the list “Cost Accounting”
You may see all folders under “Cost Accounting. You need to update all of them (with exception for the one named “Physical Inventory"- which is updated by the Controllers), uploading the respective files related to the last closure.
To upload a file:
Select “New” → “New Costing Controls”
Fill the fields with the related data:
Document tittle: Name of the report;
Control Type: Select the proper folder you want to load the file within;
GBU: If there is a specific, if not, select GBU ALL;
Year/Month: The same of the report;
Company Code: Company code;
Plant: If there is a specific.
Status: Select the proper status for the report.
- Click to upload a file (you may attach a file from your computer or Google Drive).
- Click to create a new file if necessary.
- Save.
