What is Dataiku
Dataiku DSS (Data Science Studio) is a collaborative data science software platform for data professionals e.g. data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, data architects, CRM and marketing teams.
It enables teams to create and deliver data and advanced analytics using the latest techniques at scale.
What Solvay uses Dataiku for
The Data Science platform at Solvay, that allows Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms to be tested and implemented, in connection with other tools and software within Solvay Platform.
Who should use it
Data Scientists and Data Engineers who develop and implement AI and ML solutions at Solvay, as well as Business Analysts that can develop models and applications outside DS and DE comunities. Also anyone that needs to consume the AI driven applications. For this we have a License working model where people can access the tool in Self Service mode (Please check Services page for further information).
When should you use it
- To perform modelling that involves AI and ML algorithms.
- When you want to analyse data (graphical analysis, basic statistics, data cleaning)
- When you want to automate tasks that involve data (e.g. automatically send emails alerting people on pricing issues)
